Shipping is $6.00 for all orders in the United States.
Chantress Jewelry ships all items through the United States Postal Service. We use Priority mail and insure every package.
For international buyers, we charge the *actual cost* of shipping + a $4.00 handling fee. Please contact us with your address so that we may calculate shipping costs before you make your purchases. International customers are responsible for any import duties or taxes due in their respective country.
You will receive an email to confirm that your online order has been received, processed, and approved. You will also receive an email to let you know when your purchase is shipped.
Chantress Jewelry makes every effort to keep all items in-stock. In stock items will ship within 1 – 3 days of your purchase. However, it may happen that an item is not in stock. In these instances, the order will be hand made to order and shipping may take up to 5 days. We will let you know about the status of your order via e-mail.

If you are not pleased with any item you have purchased at www.chantressjewelry.com, you may return it to us within 10 days of its receipt. Please return the item in its original packaging and in the same condition in which you received it. Please insure the package. We do not accept C.O.D. deliveries. Chantress Jewelry guarantees our work for the first six months from your purchase date. If your jewelry needs to be repaired within the first six months, email us to let us know the problem and then send us the item. We will repair it and return it to you at our expense.
The only exception to the above is if it is determined that misuse and / or obvious mishandling created the problem. In this case, we will send you a quote in regard to the cost of the repair, and the cost will be your responsibility.
After six months, Chantress Jewelry is no longer responsible for any repairs.
Chantress Jewelry is a California based business. By law, we must charge a sales tax of 8.25% to purchases made by residents of California.
If you see an item that you want, but would like a variation (e.g. in silver rather than gold, with a different color or type of stone, with a different clasp, a longer or shorter length, etc.) please email us and we will be delighted to accommodate you! Prices will depend on the specific changes, and we will quote a price once we discuss the possibilities. Custom orders generally take 7 – 10 days to complete. Please note that custom orders are not returnable.
